London Business School publishes a case study on UniDEL’s early stage investment ventures.
In September 2009, London Business School published a case study on the UniDEL story (updated through Jan 2007). This case will be taught by Professor John Mullins as part of LBS's entrepreneurship courses on the full time MBA program. John will also teach this case at the executive education programs at the Indian School of Business.
Sunil Dalal, Managing Director of UniDEL says that "our journey so far has been phenomenally challenging and rewarding, all at the same time. It has given us the opportunity to learn some immensely valuable lessons, some of which you will read about in the case. We have met some great people on our voyage so far; many of them have become good friends and some have had the courage to become associated in our next ventures".
"London Business School decided to write this case series as a compelling example of how entrepreneurs in emerging markets can create a winning position by effectively managing relationships with large multi-nationals" said John Mullins, Associate Professor of Management Practice in Marketing & Entrepreneurship at the London Business School.
