Kishore R. Dalal,
Founder & Chairman

Kishore is an engineer from Case Institute of Technology, USA, and the founder of Digital Electronics Limited, the group's first engineering venture. He commenced business in 1973 from the ground up in an era dogged by government controls and inadequate engineering and manufacturing infrastructure. Kishore grew the business to a commanding position in the Indian market entirely with local knowledge and skills.

Parallel to an entrepreneurial career, Kishore has spent the last two decades researching Indian and global investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. Kishore is passionate about fundamentals and oversees research, analysis and product selection within the Group's Family Office.

Sunil K. Dalal,
Founder & Managing Director

Sunil is a second generation entrepreneur who has built several high quality businesses. After completing a degree in Engineering and Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University USA, Sunil headed back to India to be a part of his family industrial electronics business. Sunil successfully transformed the domestic manufacturing company into an international engineering and technology group. The UniDEL Group emerged as a market leader in several niche segments with a marquee customer base.

Sunil has been closely associated in managing his family's private investments across multiple asset classes having led the restructuring to form a full service Family Office. In early 2007, Sunil exited three UniDEL ventures to build a strategic investment & advisory group that includes a focus on Early Stage Investments.

Sunil is a high energy individual with a difference; he combines leadership and professional management skills with his inborn entrepreneurial instincts. Over the years, Sunil has successfully handled several leadership, management and corporate functions with hands-on experience in managing the growth and operational challenges associated with early stage companies.

Sunil is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and the Mumbai Angels Network and is keen on nurturing entrepreneurial talent.
