UNIDEL started as a manufacturing company in the electro-mechanical engineering space, eventually growing into a leading industrial automation group. In 2007, UNIDEL shifted its focus towards software technology-based solutions by taking advantage of rapidly changing market trends.

Sunil is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of UNIDEL, a family of innovative technology companies that serve large, underserved, and fragmented markets with data-led insights.

Sunil is passionate about building tech businesses that solve real-world problems and disrupt the status quo. Under Sunil’s leadership, UNIDEL companies across the Industrial IoT, WealthTech, and CareerTech segments are designed to re-imagine solutions for the most pressing industry challenges.

Sunil is an active investor through his Family Office, RM Capital. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is keen on nurturing entrepreneurial talent. Sunil holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University, USA.

Anil is the President of UNIDEL, a family of innovative technology companies that serve large, underserved, and fragmented markets with data-led insights.

Anil is responsible for operations and enabling functions across all UNIDEL businesses. He started his career with a UNIDEL company, Digital Electronics Ltd, in 1975. Throughout his journey , Anil has led multiple functions including R&D, manufacturing, and sales operations for several generations of products.

Anil’s technical experience spans electro-mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems, and software technologies. Passionate about building and nurturing high-performance teams across business functions, Anil has consistently delivered predictable performance through the adoption of UNIDEL’s unique business management systems.

Anil is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Pune University.

Chirag Nanavati is part of the founding team and a Managing Director of Asset Vantage (a UNIDEL company) that helps families with complex wealth run their family office like they would their business.

Chirag leads AV’s business operations including sales, marketing, global product management, and customer success programs. Previously, he led UNIDEL company Softdel, as its Managing Director. Chirag has wide-ranging experience from managing start-ups and technology commercialisation to venture capital. He started his career with Honeywell R&D labs in the US, where he worked on commercialising real-time, mission-critical avionics and automation products. Subsequently, he was involved with an early-stage venture fund and later led business development and operations for a technology startup he co-founded.

Chirag holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan Tech University, USA.

Robin Williams is a Managing Director of Asset Vantage (a UNIDEL company) that helps families with complex wealth run their family office like they would their business.

At AV, Robin focuses on its technology and engineering operations. Prior to joining AV, Robin was the Managing Director of Institutional Relationships at SEI Archway Technologies. In this role, Robin was responsible for the management and growth of new and existing client relationships with private banks and other financial institutions. Robin joined Archway in 2016 from Private Client Resources (PCR), a consolidated data aggregation and reporting firm, where he held the position of Managing Director, Product Development and CTO. While at PCR, he was responsible for the development and implementation of products and technology with the firm’s Private Bank, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and Family Office clients.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston, SC, USA.

Paridhi is the Managing Director of ProTeen (a UNIDEL company) that offers a digitally enabled and fully integrated academic and career guidance platform to help high school and college students make informed career decisions in the 21st-century.

Paridhi heads the ProTeen business with a focus on its global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and B2C and B2B2C revenue channels. She has led the spin-out of the ProTeen research and product development initiative inside the UNIDEL group to build a company that is changing the way young adults make academic and career choices. Paridhi’s experience spans product development, marketing, and strategy across diverse sectors Prior to ProTeen, she worked with organizations like Infosys and Cummins.

Paridhi holds a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from the Institute of Technology & Management, and an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Centre for Management & HR Development, Pune.

Sachin is the Managing Director of Softdel (a UNIDEL company) that specializes in connecting devices, enterprises, and people.

Sachin oversees Softdel’s innovation programs and overall business operations, thereby contributing significantly to driving the company’s next wave of growth. Before joining Softdel, Sachin served as Vice President at Cybage Software. He was instrumental in setting up and growing its APAC business to make it one of the fastest growing business units for Cybage. Prior to that, Sachin spent over 12 years with Zensar Technologies, working across USA, Europe, and India, playing different roles across technology, presales, sales, and strategy functions.

Sachin has an MBA from the S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, and is an electronics engineering graduate from V. J. T. I, Mumbai.

Sunil is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of UNIDEL, a family of innovative technology companies that serve large, underserved, and fragmented markets with data-led insights.

Kishore is an engineer from Case Institute of Technology, USA, and the founder of Electroslush & Digital Electronics, the group’s first engineering ventures. He commenced business in 1966 from the ground up in an era dogged by government controls and inadequate engineering and manufacturing infrastructure. Kishore grew the business to a commanding position in the Indian market entirely with local knowledge and skills.

Parallel to an entrepreneurial career, Kishore has spent over three decades researching Indian and global investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. Kishore is passionate about investing and is involved in research, analysis and product selection within the Group’s Family Office.

Dr. Juzar Motiwalla is a resident of Singapore and Board Member/Advisor to several companies in the technology space that have a global footprint.

He was the Partner of Investments at Green Dot Capital where he was responsible for global investments. Prior to joining Green Dot Capital, he was Chief Executive Officer of Kent Ridge Digital Labs (KRDL), a 300 men high-tech laboratory that incubated 15 start-up companies in Asia and Silicon Valley. KRDL’s success in bridging competitive world-class technologies with high-growth markets has received international coverage including feature articles in Red Herring, Asian Wall Street Journal, and Time. He also spearheaded the development of several multi-year international R&D partnerships with Apple, HP, IBM, Ericsson, and others.

Juzar serves on the Board of UNIDEL’s investee company in the venture space. Juzar has been on International Executive Councils of several professional associations, and for eight years, was a Board Member of Singapore’s National Computer Board.

Juzar has an MSc and a PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, USA.

Dr. Vinay Chowdhry has been a successful innovator and entrepreneur in the life science industry for over 25 years.

He founded biotechnology company QualiconTM, a subsidiary of DuPont that invented and markets DNA-based automated microbial analysis systems for the global food industry, serving as its CEO until his retirement. The company’s innovative products provide highly accurate microbial analyses of food and other products susceptible to microbial contamination, resulting in greater safety and quality. Previously, Vinay served in roles of increasing responsibility at DuPont, including General Manager at DuPont FQMS Venture and as a Research Supervisor at DuPont Central Research & Development. He currently serves as an advisor to early-stage entrepreneurial companies.

Vinay received PhD and AM degrees from Harvard University, an MSc from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a BSc from Bombay University.

In over thirty-five years of his career, Mahesh Asrani has led the finance function in large global businesses in various capacities, including as Chief Finance Officer of COFCO International Limited.

He is an experienced business manager with a strong finance background and expertise in managing the challenges of growing business in a global environment and steering business reorganizations. As a member of the top management team, he has been driving strategy, managing finance, and other functions in multiple countries and diverse cultures.

Mahesh is a Singaporean and has served on the Committees of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. At present, he is a member of the Audit Committees of SINDA, Singapore, and Beyond Social Service, Singapore.

Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate. He also holds the Financial Times (FT) Non-Executive Director Diploma.
