JOB Description:
a. Employer Branding
- Elevate the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
- Support campus hiring drives, job fairs, hackathons, and industry visits
- Design targeted talent attraction campaigns for critical and niche roles.
- Transform job descriptions into compelling, candidate-focused narratives.
- Drive referral programs, alumni engagement, and campus branding initiatives.
- Build long-term talent communities to support future hiring needs.
- Benchmark competitor employer branding practices.
- Use insights to continuously refine talent marketing strategies.
- Support leadership branding efforts to attract senior and specialised talent.
b. Content & Storytelling Engine
- Own and build the “Life at [Company]” initiative.
- Create engaging content (employee stories, culture posts, hiring campaigns, videos, reels)
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure brand alignment while tailoring messaging for talent audiences.
c. Candidate Funnel Enhancement
- Ensure all hiring platforms are updated and integrated (company website career pages, recruitment platforms, HRIS system etc)
- Identify reasons of drop-offs and implement communication strategies to enhance candidate engagement.
- Optimise the careers pages to improve applicant quality and volume.
d. Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to align employer branding with organisational priorities.
- Activate employee advocacy to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or strategic marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch.
- Strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Candidate must have experience of working for Talent Acquisition function
