Role Description:
As a Graphic Designer your role would be to supports the creative process by producing visual content and learning from senior designers. You’ll start with foundational tasks and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing design concepts and visual layouts for print and digital media—this includes brochures, social media graphics, banners, infographics, resentations, and advertisements
- Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—and optionally Figma) to execute tasks
- Participate in creative processes by generating draft visuals and iterating designs based on feedback from senior designers or stakeholders
- Help maintain brand consistency by adhering to guidelines across various outputs
- Uphold attention to detail—proofreading, ensuring visual clarity, and maintaining error-free deliverables
- Learn to manage priorities and deliver on time, working effectively in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative, effective work across mediums
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and adaptability to tools like Figma or others
- Solid foundation in typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to learn and grow from feedback
- Ability to multitask and maintain high-quality output under deadlines
Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with web design basics such as HTML/CSS or prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma)
