Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers for smooth interview processes.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, application tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment reports.
- Assist in promoting the company’s brand through career pages, social media posts, and recruitment events.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Conduct research on hiring trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks to support recruitment strategies.
