Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to read, write, and speak Japanese fluently.
- Should be able to create technical documents and email communication with the client in Japanese. N3 Level or above preferred.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Very good experience in coordinating projects with Japanese customers and offshore teams.
- Very good experience in C/C++, Embedded, IoT, Linux platform.
- Coordinate project meetings with customers.
- Self-motivated, innovative, proactive, willing to pursue new technical areas and capable of working independently.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Git, MPP, SVN and others.
- Expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong understanding of estimation techniques for creating project proposals and RFQs.
- Strong understanding of ISO processes (ISO 27001 2022) is a plus
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master is a plus.
- Experience in Cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE, GCP is a plus.
- Experience in programming languages like C#.NET, WPF, Web technologies is a plus.
- Experience in device communication protocol like BACnet, TPC/IP, UDP, OPC UA etc is a plus.
- Experience in BMS solutions, IoT solutions, Cloud solutions, and Mobile App development is a strong plus.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into reliable, intuitive software solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications::
- Knowledge of Building automation system and connectivity protocol such as BACnet will be an added advantage.
- Good to have knowledge on BACnet/IP protocol, Modbus, MS/TP, or any device communication protocol.
- Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills
- Effective requirement analysis and effort estimation skills.
- SCM tools GitHub/ Git/ SVN/ Bit-Bucket/ JIRA /Redmine.
- Japan works VISA.
