Job Description:
We are seeking a Risk Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in cyber law and criminal law to support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation related to legal, regulatory, and cyber-related threats. The role involves analyzing legal risks, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and assess legal and cyber-related risks impacting the organization.
- Support investigations related to cybercrime, data breaches, fraud, and criminal incidents.
- Review and interpret cyber laws, criminal laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Assist in drafting risk assessment reports, legal opinions, and incident analysis documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Security, HR) on risk mitigation and legal matters.
- Monitor changes in cyber and criminal law regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
- Support case management, evidence review, and documentation for internal or external legal proceedings.
